This program is designed for athletes who have been:
Cleared from physical therapy but don’t feel confident
Dealing with recurring knee, hip, or ankle pain
Recovering from ACL/MCL injuries or chronic movement issues
Afraid to jump, cut, or fully trust their body again
If your athlete is “healthy on paper” but not ready to perform, this program bridges that gap.
Most training focuses on skills.
Most rehab focuses on pain.
This program focuses on how the body moves under basketball demands. We assess movement, correct faulty patterns, then apply those corrections directly to basketball skills—so performance improves without breaking the body down again.
Full movement & basketball assessment
2 corrective basketball sessions per week (24 total sessions)
Knee, hip, and ankle movement correction
Landing, deceleration, and control mechanics
Basketball skill integration (applied, not random drills)
Hyperice compression therapy twice per week to support recovery
Ongoing progress reassessment
Priority scheduling throughout the program
By the end of 12 weeks, athletes leave with:
Better movement control
Increased confidence
Reduced injury risk
Improved basketball performance
A clear transition into long-term training or membership
(6 Limited spots available)
Proficiency Training programs are commitment-based and paid upfront to ensure consistency, results, and priority access.
